    Yesterday’s food: breakfast was brussel sprouts, bacon, and scrambled eggs (yes, we love brussel sprouts…)  Lunch - no time for anything special - ham slices with guacamole and pecans, dinner was chicken breast and thighs mixed with olive oil and some pesto from TJ’s cooked in the crockpot with a quick salad of sundried tomatoes, almonds, apples, and romaine. Also pictured is my mix of nuts (walnuts and pecans) cut up beef jerky, and a few dried (unsweetened) cherries.  This is ALWAYS with me, and my kids will snack on it too.
