Breakfast was chicken sausage, eggs, broccoli and sun dried toms. Lunch - chicken salad. Dinner’s in the crockpot - sirloin with onions, garlic, basil, and pepper and brussell sprounts with bacon. Have to cook dinner at lunch on days I’m at CrossFit in the evening so the boys have food.
